THE GYMNASTICS PLACE
General information
The Gymnastics Place has been in business for over 20 years and has been under the current ownership of Billy Booth for the past 13 years. Billy has been actively involved in gymnastics for over 34 years. Before owning The Gymnastics Place, Billy coached state, regional, and national champion gymnasts. While under Billy’s directorship, 22 former team members received full gymnastics scholarships to Universities across the United States. Billy has also served as a member of the State USA Gymnastics Board for over 22 years. In 1998, Billy was selected as a Life Member in the Gymnastics Association of Texas for his service to children and coaches throughout the years.
Registration Fees
The annual registration fee for all classes is $40.00 for the first student, and $20.00 for each additional child (not to exceed $60.00 per family). The registration fee covers September 2011 through August 2012.
Class Fees
Classes are $75.00 per month, unless otherwise noted. All class fees are due on the 15th day of the month prior to the month the student will attend. Ex. September tuition is due August 15th. A late fee of $10.00 per week, per child, will be assessed on all late payments.
Class Discounts
Students who take more than one gymnastics class per week will receive a discount ($15.00 off) on the second class. The same discount applies for a second child. This discount applies to all classes offered (excludes competitive programs).
Dropping a Class
If you should decide to withdrawal your child(ren) before the end of the year (Summer 2012), a written notice of two weeks before proposed drop date is required. A verbal drop notice or lack of attendance does not provide sufficient notice of intent to drop classes. Tuition fees will continue to be assessed for two weeks after the drop notice is received by The Gymnastics Place office. The current fees are due through and including the two week period after The Gymnastics Place acknowledges receipt of the written drop notice. No member of The Gymnastics Place’s staff may waive the written drop notice requirement.
Class Holidays
We recognize most Federal Holidays and will be closed on the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday following, and Christmas Day (additional holidays observed will be announced). Make up classes are available for any classes missed.
